Pandora - free online radio
Music technology has grown like crazy over the last few years. Portable music players, music downloads, file sharing, YouTube, and all other types of music interaction is, for me, pretty overwhelming. I like to keep things simple and cheap. So I like Pandora online radio.
Pandora works for me. It’s easy to use, has a good variety of music, and is totally free. Basically you select types of music you like, create your own stations and playlists, and listen to your hearts content. You can also see other users channels, bookmark songs and artists, and more. And it’s free to join.
In essence, you listen to what you like. Once you start a channel, Pandora randomly picks music from the genre you select. When each song plays, you can give it a thumbs up or thumbs down, and your channel will adjust itself as you go to what you like or don’t like.
I give it a thumbs up. Simple, easy and free. Can’t beat that.
