I hate that freakin’ saying. I’m 43, and I feel, well, 43, if not older. I don’t feel 40, or 35. 30 is out of the question. 25 is barely a memory. This morning I heard something about today being Les Paul’s birthday. For those that aren’t familiar with the name, Les is a musical legend, both as a guitarist and an innovator of the solidbody electric guitar. Although everything I could find says that his birthday is actually June 9, 1915 ( yeah, he’s in his 90’s and still kicking ass ), it was a nice reminder of what a living legend really is.
